**EGGS SPESH: IRISH BROWN CRAB MEAT, 2 POACHED EGGS, ON BRIOCHE, TOPPED WITH HOLLANDAISE.

**PASTRAMI HASH: FRIED PASTRAMI, RED PEPPER+SPUDS, 2 POACHED EGGS, TOPPED WITH SOUR CREAM.
