To day I clean my boots, today I arrive an hour early for whatever appointment or meeting that I have, today I do a messy job but leave it looking spotless and tidy, today I take the advice my Dad gave me but I never really did. Everyday I listen to people, everyday I try to open and patient, everyday I love my dog a little more than I did the last day, everyday I do what my Dad taught me. Today I’ll miss him because he died. Everyday I love him because he was here and I’ll never stop hearing him, talking about him and joking about him.

Who could ask for more in a business partner, height and grace @brian__okeeffe . Yesterday the team @meetmeinthemorning & @referencecoffee took home Beat Brunch in Ireland @foodandwinemagazine Awards. For me this award just proves what I’ve always felt about the amazing staff that have worked in MMIM the work each person does in those two small buildings has such a wonderful impact on the world. I’m proud to call them my friends and lucky to have them as co-workers. The kitchen, front of house and barista teams never give less than 100% and myself and that lucky fella in that picture are blessed to have them support our mad ideas.
