Super excited for our next wine night @meetmeinthemorning! It’s all happening this Thursday with @lecaveauwinemerchants, we will have four different wines from four natural wine producers. Everything on the evening is available by the glass and we’ll have a selection of small plates for you to choose too!

Charred pointed head cabbage with hummus and tomatoes. Turnips and Golden beets cooked in fig and bay butter with wild fennel kraut and crisply tempura bits and wild garlic capers. Irish grains with caramelised yoghurt powder and fermented carrots. Tempura golden beets with rose salt. Chilled noodles with @metalman_brewing ironmonger vinegar and sancho with a homemade tamari, orchard syrup and sale dipping sauce. Hassleback courgettes roasted with broad bean miso butter.
Another Monday and another chance to work on #MMIMProjects stuff. We foraged from Bull Island to the Strawberry Beds today. Some things will appear on @meetmeinthemorning's menu soon and others in the near future

The super wonderful @kathekacz is about to wing her way to Ireland to do a kraut workshop on Thursday (24th) in the Fumbally, there'll be tastings, chats, some kraut making and other wonderful bits and bobs going on. It's only 50quid. Kicks off at 6.30pm and ends about 9pm. You can mail firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a spot! I'll there handing out too! See ya there!
